Delete it yourself in the app

  1. Open the Eternal Springs app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your app account is deleted immediately.

Or request it by email

If you can't access the app, email happybayo@gmail.com from the phone number or email address on your account, and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What is kept: your parish membership record — name, contact details, attendance, giving, and ministry history — is a church record retained for ecclesiastical purposes under our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Deleting the app account does not remove your membership with the parish. To request erasure of membership records where the church is not legally or ecclesiastically required to retain them, contact us via the policy above.
